BT OpenReach Pole Surveys

PBS Utility Services Ltd offer a comprehensive inspection service for wooden poles on the BT OpenReach telecoms network. We can work in conjunction with asset owners and/or overhead engineering teams to identify any remedial work required, and to recommend poles for replacement (D-Poles). We can carry out pre-vets prior to maintenance work and report back information including:

Report on pole integrity, and appropriate materials required for any pole replacements
Details of all spans and cables attached to pole, including cable types and heights, fibre connections or other apparatus
Identifying all hazards or obstacles which may require special attention during works
Providing access details for required work, including customer details
Providing details of any traffic management requirements.
Providing details of any tree cutting requirements.
Comprehensive set of photographs to evidence all on site findings and to enable desktop audits.
